        YOGA CANCELLATION POLICY:

        Classes paid in advance are non-refundable if cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled class time.  Classes with only 2 students will be cancelled.​ Luna Soul & Bowls reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class.  If Luna cancels a class, your payment and/or class will be refunded to your account within 3 business days.

         

        YOGA LATE POLICY:

        • Doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled class time.

        • There is a 5-minute grace period for late attendees.

        • Doors will be locked 5 minutes after the class start time. No entry will be allowed beyond this point.

        • If you arrive late and are unable to attend, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

        Effective as of April 11, 2023, processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account when issued a full or partial refund.
