A Healthier Breakfast Choice!

Upper Township School District went with a healthy eating option instead of the normal bagel, donut and croissant choice to start their staff workshop on Friday, March 17th and Friday, September 1st.

Luna's workers fed the Upper staff their famous "Luna Bowls".

Community Outreach

       

For the past three year, Upper Township Middle School has teamed up with Luna Soul & Bowls to offer yoga & healthy eating to their students, staff and parents. Participants experienced a night filled with yoga, prizes and Luna's delicious açaí bowls.  Luna Soul & Bowls uses our involvement with the community to share our love for yoga, health, mindfulness and healthy eating. 

A special shout out and THANK YOU to Michelle Carey, Teacher of the Year (2024) for organizing the event.

I have been attending the chair yoga classes at Luna and when I started there were certain areas of my body that were constantly in pain.  Also because of the pandemic there was concern about going to classes.  But when I began attending class at Luna I felt safe because we were all 6 feet apart.  The yoga class stretched parts of my body that had been in pain due to lack of activity and each week I felt better.  I highly recommend Luna's yoga classes!
